How to buy a tag

Our online ordering process takes you through a step-by-step guide to make choosing the right tag quick, easy and secure.

Step 1:

Start by choosing which of our 4 ranges you would like to order from – Colorful Designer tags, Sparkling Bling tags, Plastic Colored tags, Glitter tags or Brass & Stainless tags.

Step 2:

Select which tag design you would like to order.

Step 3:

Select which size tag you would like.

Step 4:

Customize the tag with your pet’s name and your contact information (or other name/information if you do not want your pet’s name to appear). Add any special instructions that you may require.

Step 5:

Review your tag and edit or confirm your order.

Step 6:

Select another tag or checkout.

Pricing & delivery

We charge a flat rate of US$1.25 for every 3 tags or part thereof for each order, for shipping to any location in the world. This includes insurance while in transit to you.

Our payment gateway is secured by Thawte 128-bit SSL encryption, so you can be confident that your order and payment details will remain secure. We use the Payflow Pro system to securely process credit card orders. You also have the option of paying for your order with PayPal.

You will be charged in Australian dollars the equivalent of the price quoted in US$ or Euros. The card issuer will convert from AUD back to your local currency.

All orders are sent via AIR MAIL within one business day of ordering. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order.

If you have not received your tag within 21 days of placing your order, please complete our Correction/Replacement form or email us advising your order number.
