Guarantee & Replacement Tag Policy


  • All pet tags - excluding Bling - are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase against breakage, and for life against fading.

  • Our Bling tags are guaranteed against breakage for 3 years and for 1 year against the loss of any crystals during normal use.

  • If we have made a mistake on your tag, or we have sent you the wrong tag, simply fill in our tag correction form and we will gladly send you a replacement tag free of charge. If necessary we will ask you to return the incorrect tag to us.

Pricing & delivery


We charge a flat rate of US$1.50 for every 3 tags or part thereof for each order, for shipping to any location in the world. This includes insurance while in transit to you.


Our payment gateway is secured by Thawte 128-bit SSL encryption, so you can be confident that your order and payment details will remain secure. We use the Payflow Pro system to securely process credit card orders. You also have the option of paying for your order with PayPal.


You will be charged in Australian dollars the equivalent of the price quoted in US$ or Euros. The card issuer will convert from AUD back to your local currency.


All orders are sent via AIR MAIL within one business day of ordering. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order.


If you have not received your tag within 21 days of placing your order, please complete our Correction/Replacement form or email us advising your order number.
