There is a 4-step order process. A status bar like the one above will tell you where you are in the process by highlighting the step you are completing.

Select Your Pet Size– choose from cat, small dog, medium dog or large dog.
Choose a Pet Tag – Our unique pet tag matching system makes it easy to choose a tag. Simply select your pet’s color, collar color, then choose a tag type shown to display the combination on the cat or dog to the right. Click on “Continue to Customize Your Tag” button on bottom of page.
Customize Your Tag - fill in your details and delivery address.
Review & Purchase – you will see your chosen tag with your details on it. Check that all information is correct (if not click on “edit details”) and type in your credit card details for purchase (all tags are USD$9.99 including delivery). Click on “Order Your Pet Tag” button on the bottom of the page.

Your order is complete. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Your tag will arrive within 14 business days.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase against breakage. If we have made a mistake on your tag or we have sent you the wrong tag simply return it within 90 days and we will gladly send you a replacement tag free of charge.

DELIVERY

Delivery is INCLUDED in the price. All orders are sent via AIR MAIL within one business day of ordering. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order.

PRICING

All tags are USD$9.99 each including delivery. There are no extra fees. Price includes GST for Australian orders.

The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Bow Wow Meow. You will be charged in Australian dollars the equivalent of USD$9.99. The card issuer will convert from AUD to your local currency.

TAG TYPE TIPS

Stainless Steel –this is the most durable of all materials. Stainless steel is purrfect for dogs who go in the water a lot, or those especially active dogs that can be rough on their tags.

Plastic – made from a thick acrylic plastic, this material is very strong, and provides the most combinations of shape and color. The reverse lettering makes the engraving very easy to read. These tags are good for most dogs and cats.

Brass – the classy gold of brass looks magnificent. Brass tags are best in dry climates. These tags are good for most dogs and cats that don’t go in the water a lot.
