Our eZeClip and split rings are guaranteed for 1 year against premature deterioration.
Because every pet has a different lifestyle, wear will vary depending on activity levels and the conditions in which the tag is used. We recommend checking your tag, eZeClip and split ring regularly for signs of wear or damage.
If you notice premature deterioration, please contact us straight away and we'll be happy to help.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace tags that have been lost.
The most common cause of tag loss is the lead being attached directly to the tag's split ring or eZeClip instead of your pet's collar D-ring. This can cause the split ring to open over time.
If your split ring remains completely intact but the tag has become detached, simply send us a photo and we'll gladly review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement.
Our tags normally last for years. If fading occurs within a shorter timeframe, it is usually because it has been regularly exposed to water and not kept clean and dry. For active pets or frequent swimmers, we recommend choosing stainless steel tags for maximum resilience. To keep your tag looking its best, regularly wash and dry it after exposure to water or dirt.
We maintain the right to decide whether to replace with the original tag purchased or with a stainless steel tag.

All returns are at the customer's expense and we recommend obtaining a proof of postage.
We stand behind the quality of our tags and are happy to replace any tag that fails due to a manufacturing fault. In rare cases where multiple replacements have already been provided for the same order, we reserve the right to decline further complimentary replacements if the issue appears to be caused by factors outside of the manufacturing process. Our tags are designed to last for years under normal use, and repeated failures may indicate that the tag is being subjected to conditions or forces beyond its intended use.
Replacement tags will normally be supplied in the original style purchased. However, where appropriate, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent or upgraded replacement, including a stainless steel tag free of charge.
Where a return is required, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending any items back to us.
