At Pet-Tags.com, we aim to deliver your custom pet tags quickly and reliably. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Where do we ship from?

Orders for the UK are shipped from our offices in Canterbury, Kent England.

Check Your Shipping Address

Before completing your order, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation. Online forms—especially on mobile devices—can auto-fill or change your address unexpectedly. 

Fast, Free Delivery UK-Wide

If an incorrect address is provided Royal Mail will usually return the order to us. We will then contact you to arrange reposting, which carries a £2.00 repackaging and reposting fee (sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class).

Dispatch & Packaging

  • Fast Dispatch: All orders received by 8:30am are engraved and dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Envelope Packaging: Orders are sent in a standard white envelope, not a parcel, so please check your regular mail carefully.

UK Delivery Options

  • Free Royal Mail 2nd Class: Now delivering only every second weekday.  Usually delivers within 3–4 days but please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us.

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: Usually next day, but can take up to 5 days.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 day service with end-to-end tracking and proof of delivery, but can take up to 5 working days.  Claims for non-delivery can be made after 7 working days.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 day service with tracking, but can take up to 5 working days.  Claims for non-delivery can be made after 7 working days.

  • Tracked Services: Offer real-time updates and proof of delivery for your peace of mind.

Important Notes

  • Non-Delivery: Notify us of non-delivery within one month of dispatch.  

  • Delivered to the wrong address:  If tracking shows your order has been delivered to the wrong address, email us and we will contact Royal Mail to resolve the issue. Royal Mail is able to obtain a precise GPS location of the delivery address and can often have it collected and re-delivered promptly, or will offer a refund on postage.
  • Refunds:  We always opt to resend the order if it is delayed or lost but if requested, we can refund if not delivered within 20 working days.
