Where do we ship from?

• Orders for Australia are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.
• Orders for the UK are shipped from Canterbury, Kent England.

Before completing your order, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation. Online forms—especially on mobile devices—can auto-fill or change your address unexpectedly. 

For Australia

Fast, Free Delivery Australia-Wide

• Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard postage on all orders anywhere in Australia - no minimum spend required.

• Quick Dispatch: All orders are engraved and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

• Delivery Times: Most orders arrive within 3–6 working days for metro areas. Regional and remote locations may take a little longer.

• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Please check your details carefully to avoid delays.

• Packaging: Orders are sent in a standard white envelope, not as a parcel, so be sure to check your mailbox carefully.

• Parcel Lockers: As we deliver orders in envelopes, we are not able to deliver to Parcel Lockers.

Important Delivery Information

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrect addresses may incur a $4.00 reposting fee.

• Non-Delivery: Please email us at info@pet-tags.com if you have Order Protection and have not received your order within 6 working days.  Without Order Protection please allow 14 working days.  Order Protection is available at checkout from $1.50.  We require notification of non-delivery within 1 month.

• Delays: We are not responsible for postal delays due to industrial action or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to help.

• Refunds:  We always opt to resend the order if it is delayed or lost but if requested, we can refund if not delivered within 20 working days.

For the UK

If an incorrect address is provided Royal Mail will usually return the order to us. We will then contact you to arrange reposting, which carries a £2.00 repackaging and reposting fee (sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class).

Dispatch & Packaging

• Fast Dispatch: All orders received by 8:30am are engraved and dispatched within 24 hours.

• Envelope Packaging: Orders are sent in a standard white envelope, not a parcel, so please check your regular mail carefully.

UK Delivery Options

• Free Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivered in 2–4 days (may take longer during busy periods).

• Royal Mail 1st Class: Usually next day, but can take up to 3 days.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 day service with end-to-end tracking and proof of delivery.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 day service with tracking.

Please note: We do not refund postage costs if Royal Mail services are delayed for any reason, including industrial action.

Tracking & Shipping Protection

• Tracked Services: Offer real-time updates and proof of delivery for your peace of mind.

• Shipping Protection: If you purchased order protection and have not received your order after 5 working days, contact us for an immediate resend. Without order protection, please contact us after 10 working days. Reissued orders are sent via standard (untracked) post.

What details should I engrave on my pets tag?

Your contact details are most important, but you can also add your pet’s name, medical info, or notes like ‘microchipped’ or ‘insured'.

Will my engraving be centred?

Yes, all engraving is centred both vertically and horizontally on the tag.

Can I choose a different font for engraving?

Currently, we cannot offer font selections via our website due to our automated system. For special engraving requests, email us at info@pet-tags.com for options and pricing.

Why did the text layout on my tag change?

We may adjust the layout to best fit the tags shape and your requested text, ensuring optimal readability.
