Before completing your order, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation. Online forms—especially on mobile devices—can auto-fill or change your address unexpectedly. If an incorrect address is provided, Royal Mail will usually return the order to us. We will then contact you to arrange reposting, which carries a £2.00 repackaging and reposting fee (sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class).
Fast Dispatch: All orders received by 8:30am are engraved and dispatched within 24 hours.
Envelope Packaging: Orders are sent in a standard white envelope, not a parcel, so please check your regular mail carefully.
Free Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivered in 2–4 days (may take longer during busy periods).
Royal Mail 1st Class: Usually next day, but can take up to 3 days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 day service with end-to-end tracking and proof of delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 day service with tracking.
Please note: We do not refund postage costs if Royal Mail services are delayed for any reason, including industrial action.
Tracked Services: Offer real-time updates and proof of delivery for your peace of mind.
Shipping Protection: If you purchased order protection and have not received your order after 5 working days, contact us for an immediate resend. Without order protection, please contact us after 10 working days. Reissued orders are sent via standard (untracked) post.

What details should I engrave on my pets tag?
Your contact details are most important, but you can also add your pet’s name, medical info, or notes like ‘microchipped’ or ‘insured'.
Will my engraving be centred?
Yes, all engraving is centred both vertically and horizontally on the tag.
Can I choose a different font for engraving?
Currently, we cannot offer font selections via our website due to our automated system. For special engraving requests, email us at info@pet-tags.co.uk for options and pricing.
Why did the text layout on my tag change?
We may adjust the layout to best fit the tags shape and your requested text, ensuring optimal readability.
